Villa Belle Mer Rental Rates, Terms and Availability

Low Season for our St. Martin villa rental is April 15-December 15
1-2 Bedroom $4400 (4 persons max)
3-4 Bedroom $6400 (8 persons max)

High Season for our St. Martin villa rental is January 1-April 15
1-2 Bedroom $5500 (4 persons max)
3-4 Bedroom $7500 (8 persons max)

Holiday Season for our St. Martin villa rental is December 15-January 5
2 week minimum - (8 persons max)
$12,500 weekly

Summer Specials for our St. Martin Villa rental are available from
July 15-October 15 as follows:
1-2 Bedroom $3300 (4 persons max)
3-4 Bedroom $4800 (8 persons max)

Reservations require a 25% deposit of the total rental price,
and will be confirmed upon receipt.
Deposit may be made by check or bank draft via Fed Ex, UPS or Priority mail.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Holiday final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation outside 60 days prior to arrival
will result in the loss of the 25% deposit.
Cancellation from 60 to 20 days prior to arrival will result
in the loss of 50% of the total rent price.
Cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival will result
in the loss of 100% of the total rent price.
Holiday Season bookings are completely nonrefundable.
