All four bedrooms are en-suite with marble baths and king-size beds with one that converts
to twin beds upon request.

Our spacious Living Room
has a 50-inch plasma HD TV,
Stereo/CD/DVD Player and IPOD auxillary cable, along with 
indoor and outdoor speakers.
Pool and Terrace
Our outdoor pool and terrace area
overlooks Orient Bay
and includes
a sun deck with a 15 x 30 pool, lounge chairs,
terracotta tiles and both an outdoor rain shower and foot bath. It also includes a a covered gallery with dining for eight, an outdoor wet bar with a refrigerator, and an expansive and comfortable seating area with a couch and loveseat.
Kitchen
There is a full gourmet kitchen with granite and US stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, microwave, ice-maker, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, range and oven, with full accoutrements for cooking both indoor and outdoor dining.
Library
The library upstairs is a very special getaway overlooking the 
hills and
St. Barts complete. It is stocked with books and games, has a comfortable Balinese bed, teak floors, and a restful hammock to enjoy and unwind on quiet afternoons. Whether you want to play a game, have a leisurely read or just want to gaze off into the
ocean, this room is a haven to relax.
Dining
The dining areas are located
inside near the kitchen and
outside under the terrace verandah, providing a wonderful dining view of the terrace overlooking the ocean.
Other Features
Our villa in St. Martin has many other features that are not often found in rental villas and are designed for the convenience and use of guests. These include
an English-speaking housekeeper as needed six days a week, a laundry center for guests, covered parking, a wrap around private balcony and separate entrance for the second master bedroom, and an outdoor charcoal brick barbeque.
